Tim “Trim” Stephens

International Luxury Barber Precision, Style & Global Expertise

The Craft is Uncompromising

TRIM was built on a vision to create more than a barbershop.

Rooted in the culture and craftsmanship of Detroit barbering, TRIM carries forward a family legacy shaped by discipline, entrepreneurship, and service. That foundation has grown into a bold vision: to create a globally recognized grooming experience where every client receives the same standard of precision, confidence, and care—wherever they are in the world.

International TRIM is designed for the modern professional and traveler who values consistency, privacy, convenience, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Every detail—from the service and atmosphere to the personal attention—is created to help clients look sharp, feel confident, and move through the world with purpose.

At TRIM, barbering is more than a haircut. It is identity, culture, confidence, and a standard that travels with you.

"Turbulence is the price you pay for flying high."

J. Drew Sheard

TRIM is not simply building another barbershop brand. It is creating a worldwide standard of craftsmanship and a community where talent can travel, experience can be shared, and the next generation of grooming professionals can move forward together.

The chair is where the work begins. The impact reaches much farther.

The Heritage of the Blade

Trim was born into barbering. It is not simply a profession he chose later in life. It is a tradition he was raised inside of.

Trim is an extension of his father, Alvin “Big Al” Stephens, a respected barber who, at the height of his career, owned two barbershop salons. One was in Detroit, Michigan, where Trim was raised, and the second was across the Detroit River in Windsor, Canada. From an early age, Trim saw what it meant to build something beyond one neighborhood and beyond one city. His father’s work showed him that barbering could travel.
